BECAUSE IT'S TRUE!!!

They play Pai Sho together, and they hang out and swap stories, and their husbands are going to be total BFFs, so while the Fire Lord and the Avatar are off doing THEIR thing, Mai and Katara will have to occupy themselves! And they will be best friends 4EVAH!!!

And they will play pranks on Zuko. Dastardly pranks of much mischief and resulting in much indignity for the Fire Lord. And Aang will probably be involved, too.

They deserve so much better than this poorly drawn, rushed job, but I'm just starting to get back into the hang of drawing. I haven't drawn anything proper in AGES. This pic doesn't even look right when zoomed out...everything's a mess! I may fix up later, but I doubt I will...I might delete it sometime. And completely redo.

I'm not that creative with Mai's faces....even after the gorgeous variety in the final episode.

I LOVE their Earth Kingdom outfits (though, honestly, I think I liked Mai's date-one a little more...maybe it was the bun-thingies, but....), and I'm hoping that many other people put them in those clothes.

Sokka could draw a better picture than me.
